Principal Designer Role – Dan has completed The Principal Designers Course and is competent to provide the Principal Designer role under CDM, ensuring that health and safety risks are identified,
managed and co-ordinated throughout the pre-construction phase. This includes reviewing design information, planning risk management strategies, liaising with dutyholders and ensuring that all relevant CDM requirements are met to support a safe and compliant project.
Tender Packages – A full package of construction information & spec to send to a handful of recommended and trusted builders suited to your particular project requirements in order to obtain an accurate build cost comparison.
Contract Management – Administration of the building contract, overseeing the construction work and checking compliance with the regulations, site progress meetings and cost analysis throughout the build phase.
